Ren Bergeron graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Architecture & Design with a Minor in Construction Management, Spring of 2022. During her time at CSU, she developed the brand, “WATCH WHAT SHE CAN DO”, dedicated to women’s empowerment in construction and stem fields. She held her internship with Interior Environments as an Architectural Products Designer before moving into her post-graduate career with rand* Construction as an Assistant Project Manager. Her passion is to design public schools that cater to mental health, & rand* has been an excellent company to begin honing her skills with. As a women owned & founded company, rand* Construction has been an inclusive environment that exemplifies the strength of having equal representation of men and women on projects.

Sheri Graciano, HR Business Partner | The Boldt Company
With more than 30 years’ experience in all facets of human resources with a variety of industries including construction, biotech, technology, hospitality, and real estate, Sheri found her passion in building strong and healthy teams. She earned a Business Management degree from California State University, Sacramento and numerous certifications and licenses including Professional in Human Resources, Workhuman Certified Professional, and Certified Professional Leadership Coach. Giving back to her community is of paramount importance to Sheri. She currently holds a board position with the Capital College & Career Academy and has held numerous board positions over the years with organizations including Sacramento Area Human Resource Association, Active 20-30, California Montessori Project PTA, Sutter Middle School PTSO and was a Founding Board Member of the Sacramento Children’s Museum.

Allison Otto, President & CEO | Otto Construction
As President & CEO, Allison oversees the strategic direction of Otto Construction, including client outreach and negotiation, identifying, and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with current and past clients, and overseeing projects from an executive standpoint. She participates in all aspects of managing the company, focusing on setting, and achieving financial goals, implementing strategic planning objectives, and positioning the company well within the communities where Otto operates. As a third-generation family member in the business, Allison continues the legacy of honesty and integrity, and is proud of Otto’s 75 years of building in California. She joined the Otto team in 2000 as the marketing director, launching the company’s marketing department. In July 2021, Allison was appointed President and CEO, making Otto Construction one of the largest woman-owned-and-operated commercial general contractors in Northern and Central California.

Alice Nguyen, Vice President of Preconstruction | McCarthy Building Companies
Alice Nguyen serves as the Vice President of Preconstruction for McCarthy Northern Pacific Region's San Francisco office. In her role, she ensures all preconstruction services are performed to the client's satisfaction to meet both our internal goals and the goals of our clients, manages risk effectively, and grows our high-performing organization. With 34 years of experience in the industry, Alice is a key member of the leadership team responsible for executing regional strategy. Since joining McCarthy in 2015, she has been instrumental in leveraging her expertise and relationships to consistently bring value to every project she oversees by providing clients with cost certainty, finding unique solutions during target value analysis, and ensuring comprehensive utilization of all resources throughout the life of each project.
