PACIFIC NORTHWEST REGIONAL MANAGER
The Pacific Northwest Regional Manager is responsible for advancing the Construction Industry Education Foundation's mission through regional program leadership, fundraising, partnership development, and organizational management. Reporting to the CIEF Executive Director, this position is responsible for the implementation and execution of educational programs, workforce development initiatives including the execution of regional Design Build Competition and Trades Days, fundraising activities, regional board management, and industry partnerships. This position is directly responsible for regional Design Build Competitions and Trades Days. This position supervises the Pacific Northwest Events Coordinator who is responsible for the planning and execution of fundraising events and “friendraising” initiatives. This is a full-time, exempt position based in our Sacramento, California office.

COMPENSATION
This is a full-time position with supplemental benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and a 401k savings program with an employer match. Additional benefits include paid time off, professional development support, partial cellphone reimbursement, and 11 paid holidays. The anticipated starting salary is $80,000-$90,000 depending on experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize, plan, support, and evaluate workforce development, and scholarship programs.
- Develop and manage chapter and program budgets in coordination with the Executive Director
- Manage and execute fundraising efforts for programs through sponsorship outreach and relationship building to new and existing partners
- Manage chapter boards, program committees, advisory boards, program details, sponsors, volunteers, and materials as required and provide support to regional Board of Directors
- Outreach to the construction industry to increase visibility and support the CIEF’s workforce programs including attending industry events and managing the brand of CIEF throughout the Pacific Northwest
- Supervise Events Coordinator
- Supervise volunteer support
- Manage Youth Program expansion throughout the Pacific Northwest
- Coordinate program statistics for grant funding and fund development reports
- Represent CIEF within the education, workforce development, and construction communities.
- Grow the organization’s reputation and brand by attending networking events and supporting fundraising efforts.
- Other duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Familiarity with K-12 education, career technical education (CTE), workforce development systems, or nonprofit programming.
- Proven strategic planning and program execution capabilities.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising, donor development, and sponsorship acquisition.
- Experience within the construction, design, engineering, architecture, workforce development, or skilled trades sectors is preferred, but not required.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including public speaking
- Understanding and knowledge of working with boards, committees, and volunteers
- Strong inter-personal and organizational skills
- Strong relationship-building and partnership development skills.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software or Association Management Software (AMS).
