Rosni Pann
Project Manager, UCDH California Tower | McCarthy Building Companies, Inc.

Rosni’s passion for building started at a young age. Her parents were both architects who encouraged her to consider how materials and buildings impact the lives of those around them. They encouraged her to think about how we do things, what we do, and what we say to be responsible stewards of our communities. As a Project Manager for McCarthy Building Companies' Northern Pacific Region, Rosni is one of the leads on the UCDH California Tower and is responsible for reviewing the design, constructability, quality of work, schedule, and cost. She genuinely embraces McCarthy's Core Values of “All In” and “We Not I” across all her teammates and company partners.
