Where do i park?
Click here for a list of parking options provided by the convention center and instructions if you would like to reserve your parking in advance.
Where do I enter the conference?
You will want to enter the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center at the West Lobby entrance. That is on the corner of K Street and 13th Street. You'll see a Starbucks next to the entrance.
What is Expedited Registration?
If your cell phone number was entered when you registered, you are eligible to use Expedited Registration. When entering the Convention Center, you will see instructions on texting a code to a phone number. When the text is sent, your name tag will automatically print - allowing you to bypass the regular registration line. Any updates to the information above will need to be made in the regular registration line.
Is there a Mother's Room?
Yes. Please visit the Help Desk on the second floor of the Convention Center (just outside the Exhibitor Space and General Session Ballroom) and they will be able to provide directions and a key for you.
What if I have questions During the conferenfce?
We will have a great team on hand to answer any questions at the Help Desk on the second floor of the Convention Center.
I can't attend anymore. Can I can get a refund?
We cannot process any refunds after (September 9, 2024) as all deposits have been paid. If you are unable to attend, you can send another attendee to use your tickets. Please note that they will need some information from you (email or text) saying that you are taking their place so we can modify your registration.
I can only attend part of the day. How late will registration be open?
The conference is sold out. On site registration will not be available.
Where is Happy Hour?
Happy Hour is being hosted at the DPR Construction Office at 1801 J Street. That is just three blocks from the Convention Center.
How do I select which Mega Session or Workshop I want to attend?
You can attend any Mega Session or Workshop you like. All rooms are open, first come first served seating. Each Mega Session and Workshop should accommodate attendees. Should a room fill, we invite you to attend another workshop.
Where do I go for lunch?
Lunch this year will be in Exhibit Hall A at the Convention Center on the first floor (right behind registration). You will make your meal selection (Chicken, Salmon, or Vegan/Gluten Free Kale Mushroom Ravioli) when entering the lunch area.
