Where do I enter the conference?

The SAFE Credit Union Convention Center at the West Lobby entrance. That is on the corner of K Street and 13th Street. You'll see a Starbucks next to the entrance.

Where to stay, hotel room block?

Is there a Lactation Lounge?

Yes, it will be located on the second floor of the Convention Center Meeting Room 6/7 (MR6/7)

What if I have questions During the conference?

We will have a great team on hand to answer any questions at the Help Desk located in the exhibitor hall on the first floor main of the Convention Center.

I can't attend anymore. Can I can get a refund?

We are unable to process any refunds after August 1, 2026, as all deposits will have been paid. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your tickets to another attendee. The new attendee will need to provide an email or text message from you confirming that they are taking your place so we can update the registration accordingly.
Registration updates can also be made at the Guest Services line on the morning of the event.

I can only attend part of the day. How late will registration be open?

You can attend part of the day. Registration for name badges will only be open in the morning. Tickets will be available through August 31, 2026, or until sold out. No onsite registration.

Where is Happy Hour?

Wednesday's Happy Hours will be located at multiple bars on K Street.

How do I select which Workshop I want to attend?

You can attend any workshop you like. All rooms are open, first come first served seating. Each workshop should accommodate attendees. Should a room fill, we invite you to attend another workshop.

Where do I go for breakfast and lunch?

Breakfast will be served in the Exhibit Hall, located on the first floor of the Convention Center, on Wednesday, September 9, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and on Thursday, September 10, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m.
Our buffet lunch will also be served in Exhibit Hall on Wednesday, September 9, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.

​How long will the Exhibitor Hall be open?

The Exhibits will be open on Wednesday, September 9, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The Exhibitor Hall is located on the first floor of the Convention Center.

What is Expedited Registration?

If you provided your cell phone number when you registered, you are eligible to use Expedited Registration. Upon entering the Convention Center, look for signs with instructions to text a designated code to the number provided. Once your text is received, your name badge will automatically print, allowing you to bypass the regular registration line. If you need to make any changes to your registration information, please visit the Guest Services line for assistance. Please note: On-site registration will not be available. All attendees must be registered in advance.

What is Tuesday night's SRBX's 125 Gala Celebration?

The SRBX Gala ticket is not included with your conference registration. If you would like to attend, you can add a Gala ticket for $125 and register online here. ​SRBX 125th Anniversary Gala - Sept. 8, 2026

​Will there be a coat check available at the event?

No, a coat check will not be available. We recommend keeping personal items with you or leaving them securely in your vehicle or hotel room.
