Where do I park?

Where do I enter the conference?
Wednesday, October 15 - Crest Theatre Doors (1013 K St, Sacramento, CA 95814) open at 12:30pm.
Thursday, October 16 - The SAFE Credit Union Convention Center at the West Lobby entrance. That is on the corner of K Street and 13th Street. You'll see a Starbucks next to the entrance.

Where to stay, hotel room block? - Hotel Construction Notice
Sheraton Grand (1230 J St, Sacramento, CA 95814)
Hotel Construction Notice - The 13th and J Street entryway is currently closed due to renovations, as our restaurant and bar are being relocated to that area of the hotel. Guests can enter and exit the hotel through the J Street door. During construction, the front desk and business center are located on the 3rd floor, and the restaurant and bar are located on the 2nd floor. Both floors can be accessed using the elevator on the 1st floor. All other hotel amenities remain open and operating as normal.

Is there a Mother's Room?
Yes, it will be located on the second floor of the Convention Center Meeting Room 3 (MR3).
What if I have questions During the conference?
We will have a great team on hand to answer any questions at the Help Desk on the second floor of the Convention Center.
I can't attend anymore. Can I can get a refund?
We cannot process any refunds after (September 1, 2025) as all deposits have been paid. If you are unable to attend, you can send another attendee to use your tickets. Please note that they will need some information from you (email or text) saying that you are taking their place so we can modify your registration. Updates can also made in the guest services line the morning of.
I can only attend part of the day. How late will registration be open?
You can attend part of the day. Registration for name badges will only be open in the morning. Tickets will be available through October 1, 2025, or until sold out. No onsite registration.
Where is Happy Hour?
Wednesday's Add-on Happy Hours will be located at multiple bars on K Street.
Thursday's night Happy Hour will be located on the plaza at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center.

How do I select which Workshop I want to attend?
You can attend any Workshop you like. All rooms are open, first come first served seating. Each Workshop should accommodate attendees. Should a room fill, we invite you to attend another workshop.
Where do I go for lunch?
Thursday, October 16 - Lunch this year will be in Exhibit Hall A at the Convention Center on the first floor (right behind registration). You will make your meal selection (Chicken, Salmon, or Harissa Roasted Cauliflower Steak - gluten freen/vegan) when entering the lunch area. Lunch will be served from 12:00pm – 1:00pm
How long will the Exhibitor Hall be open?
Thursday, October 16 - The Exhibitor Hall will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. this year. We’ve expanded the space to include 80 booths, located on the second floor of the Convention Center in Ballroom A.
Can I volunteer at the conference?
Volunteer positions are available for both Wednesday, October 15th at the Crest Theater and Thursday, October 16th at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center. View and sign up for available positions online at 2025 WIC Conference - Volunteer Sign Up
What is Expedited Registration?
If your cell phone number was entered when you registered, you are eligible to use Expedited Registration. When entering the Convention Center, you will see instructions on texting a code to a phone number. When the text is sent, your name tag will automatically print - allowing you to bypass the regular registration line. Any updates to the information above will need to be made in the guest services line.

What is the Wednesday Add on Ticket?
Wednesday, October 15 is an add on ticket from your Thursday, October 16 ticket, or included in Titanium and higher sponsorship packages.
Only those registered for Thursday’s conference are eligible for the Wednesday add-on at the Crest Theatre. Unfortunately, tickets cannot be split between individuals.

Will there be a coat check available at the event?
No, a coat check will not be available. We recommend keeping personal items with you or leaving them securely in your vehicle or hotel room.
