NEXT is the SRBX Young Professionals Program which develops the next generation of construction industry leaders. By investing in the young talent of our industry, the program fosters personal and professional growth amongst current young professionals as well as bridging the gap to established members in order to provide opportunities for career advancement.

WHY I CHOOSE TO BE ON THE NEXT BOARD:
I am very excited for the opportunity to work alongside other ambitious young professionals! The opportunity to strengthen our skills, networks, and the industry together!

BIOGRAPHY:
Stepheni is a dynamic, disciplined, and motivated young professional. With a background in law as a paralegal, she seamlessly transitioned into the construction industry, drawn by its constantly evolving landscape. She brings enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to all she takes on – from her day-to-day role as a Design Manager with DPR Construction to her industry involvement with the CIEF CREATE program, CIEF/SRBX NEXT Young Professionals, Women in Operations (WiOps), and National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC). She is passionate about mentorship and fostering the next generation of construction industry professionals. Stepheni believes in the power of hard work and making meaningful contributions, while remaining authentic to herself.

BIOGRAPHY:
Currently a project manager for Ousdale. I have extensive public and private sector experience including roadway, water, sewer and drainage design and a wide range of project management experience, including construction support and municipal engineering services.

I stand behind everything CIEF does to champion the next generation of builders into the AEC Industry.
The events are engaging, the service makes an immediate impact, and ultimately the opportunities all contribute back to the mission of getting young people interested in the Built Environment.

BIOGRAPHY:
Kristoffer (Kris) Bridges is a seasoned CM/PM Professional with 9 years of experience in the AEC Industry. Hailing from Omaha, Nebraska, Kris has resided in Sacramento since 2020 where he has successfully overseen a wide range of scopes demonstrating a strong ability to deliver projects on time and to client satisfaction. His experience bridges a wide spectrum of market sectors including Aviation, Life Science, Higher Education, and Hospitality.

I choose to be on the board because I am passionate about helping young professionals navigate through their careers. Being on the board is a great way to build stronger connections with the future industry leaders of Sacramento. My favorite part is creating an atmosphere for young professionals to connect.

With over 6 years of experience as a broker, Irina boasts a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for her clients. Her commitment to excellent communication and interpersonal skills sets her apart, fostering long-lasting relationships and providing unparalleled service. A lifelong learner, Irina continuously seeks opportunities to enhance her knowledge and skills in commercial real estate. Her goal is to assist clients in achieving real estate objectives with efficiency, integrity, and professionalism.
